О финансовых источниках своего существования правозащитники говорить не любят. А если говорят, то обычно отделываются скупыми фразами про гранты от международных организаций. Но их размер не называют никогда, утверждая, что это небольшие суммы. Насколько небольшие? На пиво хватает? А на закуску?
Как оказалось, темнят они напрасно – данные эти доступны в интернете, нужно только обладать известной долей упорства, чтобы их нагуглить и мало-мальски владеть английским языком, что и сделал ресурс НДПР — Национально-демократическая партия России. Вот его данные только по одному фонду...
 
Фонд МакАртура (MacArthur Foundation, Чикаго, Иллинойс, США) представил данные с 2006 года по 2009-й о финансовой поддержке «независимых организаций» в России. Вчитаемся повнимательнее:

— 500 000 долларов для какого-то форума.
2. Analytical Center of Juri Levada (Saratov, Russia) $150,000 in support of the project, Monitoring of Social and Economic Transformations in Russia. (2009)
— 150 000 долларов для Левада-Центра. То-то их данные всегда кажутся какими-то среднепотолочными.
3. Center for Independent Social Research and Education (Irkutsk, Russia) $300,000 in support of a project on improving social science research and education in universities of Siberia and the Russian far East (over three years). (2007) Center for Russian Environmental Policy (Moscow, Russia)
— 300 000 долларов ушли в Иркутск. Там правозащитники тоже кушать хотят.
4. $450,000 to develop regional mechanisms for developing and implementing Russia?s environmental policy (over three years). (2007) Center for Social Policy and Gender Studies (Saratov, Russia)
— 450 000 долларов саратовским «зеленым». Чтобы еще где-нибудь пикеты выставили и заблокировали работу важного предприятия. Помнится, Борис Немцов тоже начинал как «зеленый» и пикетировал, если не ошибаюсь, строительство атомной станции теплоснабжения.
5. Center for the Study of Nationalism and Empire (Kazan, Russia) $240,000 in support of the journal, Ab Imperio (over three years). — 240 000 долларов татарским сепаратистам в Казань.

— еще 600 000 долларов в Питер какому-то центру «Каля-маля купил коня».
7. European University at St. Petersburg (St. Petersburg, Russia) $500,000 in support of development activities (over two years). (2007) European University at St. Petersburg (St. Petersburg, Russia) $100,000 in support of maintenance expenses for the European University at St. Petersburg. (2008)
— в тот же Питер 500 000 долларов его собрату.
8. Institute of Sociology, Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow, Russia) $600,000 in support of an educational program in the social sciences and humanities for young Russian regional university faculty and researchers (over three years). (2007)
— а теперь 600 000 долларов московскому «брату Коле» в РАН.

— 250 000 в Ульяновск. Пускай поисследуют молодежь.
9. Association of Groups for Public Investigations (Kazan, Russia) $375,000 to promote human rights protection in the Russian Federation (over three years). — 375 000 в Казань, но уже другим «правозащитникам».

— 100 000 в Пермь. Говорят, там очень холодно, пускай погреются.
11. Central-Blacksoil Center for Protection of Media Rights (Voronezh, Russia) $300,000 to protect media rights in Russia (over three years). (2009)
— 300 000 в Воронеж. Пусть защищают права прессы.
12. Dosore na Tsenzuru (Moscow, Russia) $195,000 in support for a human rights journal and a quarterly publication covering human rights violations in the criminal justice and penitentiary systems (over three years). (2007)
— 195 000 на борьбу с цензурой в Москве.
13. Human Rights Resource Centre (St Petersburg, Russia) $200,000 in support of a project to provide legal support to Russian NGOs and promote the professional growth of these organizations (over two years). (2008)
— 200 000 в Питер на инфраструктуру правозащитников.
14. Independent Council of Legal Expertise (Moscow, Russia) $800,000 to facilitate reform of the courts and law enforcement agencies and improve mechanisms for the protection of human rights in Russia; and to partially fund the purchase of office space (over three years). (2008)
— 800 000 для наблюдения за судебной реформой и правовую экспертизу.
15. Memorial Human Rights Center (Moscow, Russia) $150,000 in support of the organization of seminars and publications aimed at legalization of forced migrants and their protection from the arbitrariness of law enforcement and judicial bodies (over one year). (2006)
— 150 000 на семинары в защиту московских мигрантов.
16. Moscow Helsinki Group (Moscow, Russia) $400,000 in support of a long-term strategy to strengthen the human rights movement in Russia through monitoring human rights and the development of a regional monitoring network (over two years). (2007)
— 400 000 для Московской хельсинской группы (Людмила Алексеева). Неплохая получка за два года.
И это данные только по одному американскому фонду и только за небольшой отрезок времени. А сколько их еще есть? Так что правозащитники живут — не тужат. За такие гранты можно и подзатыльник изредка в метро получить, не страшно. Денежки-то из Америки от «добрых дядей» капают и греют душу.   Источник
